The headword, as the glossing shows, is masculine accusative singular of this adjective. Similarly in other lexica, and cf. the scholia to Homer, Iliad 19.258, where the nominative occurs. There and elsewhere in the poem (including the three passages which have it in the accusative) it is an epithet of Zeus.
