The headword is otherwise unattested. LSJ s.v. note that its literal meaning is 'thrice-rolled' (cf.
kappa 2663,
kappa 2664), and translate it in the present context as 'easily influenced'. Compare R.D. Hicks in the Loeb D.L.: '... to spin thrice on my own axis and be propelled etc.'
