At beta 110 and delta 705 are further lines that have been claimed to continue this epigram. Here, the "four-clustered ivy" is most likely to be identified as korumbi/as (Hedera helix, European (English) Ivy, LSJ s.v. (web address 1)); cf. Gow and Page (vol. II, 43) and Theophrastus (Historia plantarum (Enquiry into Plants) 3.18.6). "Four-clustered" is not in fact descriptive of Hedera helix, and Gow and Page suggest (vol. II, 43) that the epigram's sense here is intensive rather than enumerative. For Anacreon see alpha 1916.
