[1] LSJ lists two
tropo/w verbs, one meaning 'I put to flight' (related to the noun
tro/pos) and the other 'I put the thong on an oar' (related to the noun
tropo/s). Both of them can be used in the middle voice with an accusative; it is not clear which the Suda means.
