The headword is unattested elsewhere in any recognizable form. Perhaps having something to do with the Macedonian city Sintia mentioned in Stephanus of Byzantium 570.10 and/or the Sintians mentioned by Homer, Odyssey 8.294, in connection with the island of Lemnos. (Given Adler's practice of capitalizing all headwords, there is however no certainty that this is upper case.)
