For very similar entries see Hesychius sigma2952 and Photius, Lexicon sigma890 Theodoridis); however, whereas Hesychius glosses a)ni/sxalon as neuter, the glossing in Photius and here in the Suda takes it to be feminine (as translated above). (Photius' faulty transmission of the supplementary lemma as a)ni/sxadon is also the reading, Adler reports, in Suda ms F and elsewhere. This alternative spelling (or perhaps a transcription error from the similarity of the uncial forms for the letters delta and lambda) for the secondary lemma is the headword at alpha 2482.)
