Adler reports that this entry is lacking in ms F, and the glosses in A; also that in V the first gloss is uncompound
o)rgi/zesqai in V. She further notes that Bernhardy suspected
sumyuxei=n (a verb which seems to be attested only here and once in Theodore the Studite).
The headword infinitive is also glossed by
Hesychius (sigma2629), but simply with
sumpei/qesqai. LSJ cites an instance of the verb in
Epicharmus.
