A present tense verb glossed with a future (if the reading is correct). If the headword is not simply generic/paradigmatic, it is perhaps quoted from Plato (who has 6 instances, 4 of them in Republic) or more probably the New Testament (Romans 7.16, which occasioned patristic commentary).
The glossing is different in other lexica: Hesychius sigma2353 has sunainw=, sunomologw=; the Synagoge (sigma302) and Photius (sigma718 Theodoridis) have sunainw= alone; Demetrius Chalcocondyles adopted this in the editio princeps of the Suda (1499).
