The headword is present middle infinitive of strwfa/w, frequentative of stre/fw; cf. a scholion on Homer, Iliad 9.459, where it occurs (hence Etymologicum Magnum 731.14-15), and Hesychius sigma2060 and sigma2061, where other forms of the same verb are glossed similarly.
Adler reports that the glossing infinitive is lacking in mss AF (and that a parallel entry occurs in the Ambrosian Lexicon).
