The version in Appendix Proverbiorum 4.64 twice has the toponym as Oneion, which seems to destroy the wordplay; in any case, Mt Oneion is south of Corinth, a long way from Boeotia. Apostolius 15.18 has the same word as the Suda -- but not, seemingly, as a toponym.
