The headword as transmitted is the present participle, masculine nominative plural, of the verb paraqrau/w. LSJ s.v. (web address 1) registers it only as a transitive verb, but here, clearly, it is glossed as intransitive. If this glossing is correct, it must be quoted from somewhere other than its only other extant attestion, in Damascius' Commentary on Plato's Phaedo.
