[1] = Synagoge pi789; Photius, Lexicon pi1524 Theodoridis. This primary headword is present indicative active, third person singular, of the verb puka/zw. It must be quoted from somewhere; perhaps from Paulus Silentiarius' poetic Descriptio Sanctae Sophiae (line 792).
[2] = Synagoge 791, Lexica Segueriana 355.17, Photius pi1526, and cf. Hesychius pi4319. Here the form of the verb is present active indicative, third person plural. Again it must be extracted from somewhere; extant possibilities include the Septuagint (see pi 3146).
[3] Greek Anthology 5.12.1-2 (Rufinus). The quotation contains neither of the forms glossed above but the aorist subjunctive middle, first person plural.
