The unglossed headword occurs only here in extant Greek -- whether or not it should be prwtopei/rwnos as transmitted or prwtopei/ronos as corrected in the Suda editio princeps. For the formation prwtopei/rwnos, cf. perhaps koinwno/s 'companion'; alternatively [DW], a genitive? LSJ proffers only prwto/peiros (pi 2972).
