The headword -- unattested outside lexicography (cf. next note) but evidently quoted from somewhere -- is the present indicative, third person singular, of the middle-voice verb periauqadi/zomai, I am exceedingly willful; see generally LSJ s.v.

The second glossing phrase appears again at pi 1074 (gloss). Lexica Segueriana 337.14 provides similar glosses, but for an alternative spelling of the lemma, periauqadia/zetai.
