If the gloss is precise, this entry does not refer to the geographical region of this name (a.k.a. Phoinikia/Phoenicia). Several cities called Ph. are known, in e.g. Lycia and Epeiros (NW Greece) -- the latter a capital of the Epeirote Confederacy in the 2nd century BCE.
