Very similar entry (lacking only the dh/ in the glossing phrase) already in the Synagoge and in Photius, Lexicon omicron625 Theodoridis. The headword phrase must be quoted from somewhere, but is far too common (from Homer, Iliad 7.263 onwards) to track down.
