Same entry, according to Adler, in the Ambrosian Lexicon (592), but longer ones elsewhere indicate that the headword in this otherwise-unattested o)trulh/fatos form [o)trugh/fatos in mss G and, after correction, M] is a mistake, and they also present the glossing phrase in a fuller and more intelligible way. See e.g. Hesychius alpha8169 and omicron1519, and especially Photius, Lexicon omicron596 Theodoridis s.v. o)trughfa/gon: to\n kriqofa/gon. *)Arxi/loxos (fr.43.3 West) kata\ pleonasmo\n tou= o: tru/gh ga\r o( *Dhmhtriako\s ka/rpos. See the note in Theodoridis for other versions, and LSJ s.v. trughfa/gos (sic). Hesychius, as indicated, registers both alpha and omicron spellings; other lexica make a link with the epic adjective a)tru/getos.
