The headword, perhaps extracted from the quotation given (but see n.2 below), is the present middle/passive participle, masculine nominative singular, of the verb o(rma/w, I begin, inspire, raise, set in motion; see LSJ s.v. and cf. omega 195, omega 197.

Zintzen prints this fragment in the apparatus to his fr. 331 (Athanassiadi's 127A), which is mainly taken from Photius' Epitome of the Life of Isidore, continued by the fragment found at tau 386 (tetra/gwnos) in the Suda. The subject is Agapios (see alpha 158). Photius may have paraphrased the passage, and the Suda may preserve a few of the exact words.
