Thucydides: 6.61.2, 8.50.5, and plural in 6.29.1) cognate with the verb
mhnu/w ('declare', 'disclose'), presumably quoted from somewhere (cf. under
mu 956, where it is conflated with forms related to the verb
mhni/w which would have been homoeophonous in late Greek).
