Aorist passive optative, first person singular, of mai/nomai (cf. mu 332, mu 336). It must be quoted from somewhere; there are numerous possibilities, from Lucian onwards. (Latte on Hesychius mu234, where manei/hn is glossed with manw=, cites Euripides, Hecuba 1278, but that line has third person singular manei/h.)
