The twin headwords -- in the form of adjectives in the comparative degree and the masculine accusative singular or neuter nominative/accusative case -- are attested only here (though Adler flags up up something comparable with the first one in the Ambrosian Lexicon) and seem to be proffered either as variants of each other or as synonyms.
