Same or similar entry elsewhere: see the references at Photius lambda390 Theodoridis. The headword is third person singular, present indicative, of the rare verb loimeu/omai. It would seem to be quoted from somewhere, but more probably it is mis-quoted from Proverbs 19.19 LXX, which has the corresponding subjunctive, loimeu/htai; cf. Hesychius s.v.
