The "prophecy" meaning is LSJ s.v. 
lh=mma IV, "burden or commission of prophecy", exemplified by several passages in the 
Septuagint; and as Theodoridis notes, the lexicographers' plural is likely to be quoted from 
Lamentations 2:14.
