The headword is either the genitive singular or the accusative plural of the feminine noun leitourgi/a (see under lambda 398). Same entry in other lexica: see the references at Photius lambda155, where Theodoridis notes suggestions that the headword is quoted from the New Testament (Luke 1.23, Naber; 2 Corinthians 9.12, Drachmann) and adds one of his own from the Septuagint (Numbers 8.25). In fact the headword is far too common to identify its source.
