'Libidinous' is the LSJ translation for the glossing word here (and in other lexica: see the references at Photius kappa342 Theodoridis).
Like present-day "asshole", the headword is often used as a general term of abuse (J. Henderson, The Maculate Muse (New Haven 1975) 210 and index s.v.) as well as in a specific way. See further kappa 738, where it has its normal accentuation. (The lexica here seems to treat it as a participle of a contracted verb.)
