The headword -- attested only in lexicography -- seems to be an unaugmented imperfect active, third person dual, of kosme/w (but perhaps it was intended as the third person dual imperative, which should theoretically be kosmei/twn); the gloss seems to be the third person plural imperative of the same verb.
