The headword is the present imperative, second person singular, of komi/zw. same or similar glossing in other lexica (see the references at Photius kappa916 Theodoridis), and cf. also a scholion on Homer, Iliad 6.490 (web address 1), from where it is taken to be quoted: Hector tells Andromache to take care of womanly concerns.
