The headword adverb occurs in Homer, Iliad 2.463, of flocking birds. (The noun klaggh/ is primarily used in Homer for the sound of geese: see kappa 1697.) Same glossing in the Synagoge and other lexica (see the references at Photius kappa756 Theodoridis) and cf. 'with a shout' in the Etymologicum Magnum and the Homeric scholia ad loc.
