*kaq' u(/par.
This unglossed headword (a marginal addition in ms M) was initially printed by Adler as a one-word contraction of
kata/ and
u(/par, i.e. combined in analogy to words like
kaqa/per,
kaqa/pac, etc. In her addenda and corrigenda, however, she modified this to the usual phrase
kaq' u(/par.
u(/par is the reality of the waking world, as opposed to dreams; see
upsilon 155,
upsilon 156, and LSJ s.v.
