Perfect active infinitive(s) of the verb kra/zw (kappa 2316), frequently used with present sense. The second alternative given here, with its stem ending in alpha, kekrag-, is abundantly attested in antiquity (and cf. under kappa 409, upsilon 90). The variant stem kekrhg- is possible only in Ionic, but is not attested outside the Suda (and ps.-Zonaras: "kekrhge/nai, instead of kekrage/nai"); it is most probably a grammarian's fiction.
