The headword, attested only here but evidently quoted from somewhere, is the perfect passive participle, feminine nominative singular, of the compound verb kathlo/w (more commonly kaqhlo/w). Without a context it is impossible to tell whether the subject is a woman or merely something grammatically feminine, and whether the use of the verb is literal or figurative.
