[1] The primary headword is present middle/passive infinitive of i)ai/nw (cf. iota 35). Already, though with different glossing, in Hesychius iota16; cf. iota18 and analogous entries for i)ai/nei in other lexica (see the references at Photius iota1).
[2] Present middle/passive participle (masculine nominative plural) of the same verb. It must be quoted from somewhere -- probably Oppian, Halieutica 3.583, where the scholia gloss it with eu)fraino/menoi, but see also Theocritus, Idylls 27.67.
