The primary headword of the present entry, h(bw=mai, could be present subjunctive or indicative, but because of the supplementary lemmata it should doubtless be understood as subjunctive (or possibly as an optative form without a iota). The addenda h(bw=|mi and h(bw/oimi are both optative. The last, here glossed, comes from Homer, Iliad 7.157; cf. Hesychius eta22.
