The gloss e)kragh/, otherwise unattested, is interpreted by LSJ s.v. as probably a false reading "for kraugh/, as in Zonar[as]"; hence "screaming-out". However, this fails to explain the initial epsilon, which appears more likely to be part of the prefix ek- as in e)krh/gnumi; and cf. generally epsilon 606.
