The headword as transmitted is e)fe/cetai, i.e. third person singular, future indicative middle/passive, of e)pe/xw (cf. epsilon 3860); however, Adler reports that mss GI have e)fe/zetai, as does Hesychius epsilon7369 with a similar gloss, and Theodoridis considers that the correct lemma.
