[Meaning] set up equally and with a view to straightness.
*eu)qugenh/s: i)/sa kai\ pro\s to\ eu)qe\s tetagme/nos.
Same entry in
Photius and other lexica, but its transmission is suspect. Though the rare headword adjective
eu)qugenh/s is found in Theodoret and other Christian writers, LSJ s.v. notes (following Dindorf in ThGL) that it is probably a false reading there for majuscule
eu)qutenh/s (literally 'straight-stretched'); and in the gloss
tetagme/nos has been emended, correspondingly, to
tetame/nos.
