Notes:
The headword, evidently quoted from somewhere, is unattested in this form outside lexicography, though without the nu-moveable it has a single independent attestation, from the fourth century CE: in the rhetorician Sopater's Division of Questions (Rhetorici Graeci 8.67.28 Walz).
[1] Hesychius epsilon6231 had also used this synonym for the headword, but as the second gloss after e)/blayen ("[he/she/it] harmed").
