The adjective e)i+kto/s is related to e)/oika but also occurs with a sense indicating derivation from ei)/kw "yield": see LSJ s.v. at web address 1. Its neuter nominative/accusative singular, here, must be quoted from somewhere: very probably Homer, Odyssey 4.27 (but note also Hesiod, Shield 390).
