The headword is first person singular, aorist indicative active, of the doubly compound verb e)panabai/nw (web address 1). It must be quoted from somewhere, unidentifiable. (The form is extant elsewhere only in Julianus, Commentary on Job 194.14, which does not exemplify this idiom.)
The Lexicon Syntacticum Laurentianum 36.3 says that forms of the same verb are construed with the dative and the genitive; cf. epsilon 1954.
