With the aid of the TLG it can in fact be identified as a version of Appian, Samnitica 10.2 (on K. addressing the Roman senate): kai\ parelqw\n o( *Kine/as e)s to\ bouleuth/rion a)/lla te polla\ peri\ tou= basile/ws e)semnolo/gei ktl.
