For the noun a)wri/a see already alpha 2854, generated by its accusative case in Aristophanes, Acharnians 23, used as an adverb; cf. the dative in ps.-Lucian, Asinus 24.
The present headword phrase, also in the dative but preceded by a preposition, is evidently quoted from somewhere, probably the Septuagint: see Isaiah 59.9, Psalms 118.147.
