The headword is masculine nominative plural of a present participle. Adler prints it as diamadw=ntes, while noting that diamudw=ntes is the form in one manuscript (G) and also in other lexica. The latter -- from the verb diamuda/w (a medical term: see LSJ) -- is evidently correct. It must be quoted by the lexicographers from somewhere but is not independently attested.
