Both the headword -- unattested outside lexicography -- and the gloss are nominative plurals. Same entry, according to Adler, in the Ambrosian Lexicon (1049), but contrast Hesychius delta2537, where the lemma is the neuter singular dusbhre/s, glossed with du/sbaton and dusxere/s.
