The headword phrase occurs (but with the two words reversed) in an epigram from the Greek Anthology, 6.246.1, by Philodemus or Marcus Argentarius; Charmus, son of Lycinus, is dedicating a horse's equipment to Poseidon after a victory at the Isthmian Games; cf. Gow and Page, vol. I (156-157). Gow and Page (vol. II, 371) assign this epigram to Argentarius, arguing as follows: "6.246 is a highly polished epigram in the manner of Leonidas; there is nothing similar in Philodemus, but Argentarius occasionally composes in this style."
