The headword xwcu/ggios is nonsense as it stands, but Etymologicum Magnum 816.32-38 indicates that, like chi 433 (q.v.) with which it is paired there, it is a kai-phrase with crasis, i.e. in this instance kai\ oi( suggenei=s ("and the kinsmen").
