From the scholia to Thucydides 3.70.5, a parenthetical phrase attached to the name Peithias (of Corcyra): e)tu/gxane ga\r kai\ boulh=s w)/n. But the scholiast got the wrong end of the stick: boulh=s is simply genitive of boulh/, "council", with [member of] implicit.
