Same entry, according to Adler, in the Ambrosian Lexicon. Hesychius has a parallel one for a)nh/fqw (quoted from Homer, Odyssey 12.51 = 12.162). The Suda's a)nh=ptai -- also in Hesychius but with different glossing -- must also be quoted from somewhere; there are numerous possibilities.
