See already under sigma 492. A polis called Sitake is attested only here and, according to Adler, in the Ambrosian Lexicon. Perhaps it is a version of, or at least connected with, Strabo's Sitakene (a.k.a. Apolloniatis, an area of Assyria or Babylonia); see Strabo 11.13.6 and elsewhere.
