Parabaloito: anti tou parapempsaito. Aischinês kata Ktêsiphôntos.
A puzzle, as no passage in
Aeschines 3 contains this verb (aorist middle optative, third person singular, of
paraba/llw; cf.

Photius,
Lexicon pi194 Theodoridis), nominates 3.189, as does (tentatively) Theodoridis, but that offers only the present participle
paraba/llwn.
An instance of
paraba/loito does occur in
Thucydides 1.133, but with the sense of 'betray/deceive', which does not fit the lexicographers' gloss.
