Maintenance

Something that seemed an impossible distance away, but I've been at about the same weight for 2 months... between 150 and 155 pounds.

I'm starting to relax my eating habits slightly. I'm indulging in hot chocolate with cream, softserve sugar free softserve with no sugar added hot fudge lots of peanuts, sugar-free cookies apples:) NOT all at the same time!:) but maybe one a day or a little less, sometimes a little more.

I cannot imagine that I would go back to eating like I once did. The thought of eating that much sugar just nauseates me.

what do I miss? very little. I don't miss bread or pasta. a milkshake, somewhat - sometimes a bar of dark chocolate and there are substitutes for most things - and what I get in return for not eating those things --- it has been worth it!
